Responsible for qualitative and quantitative research projects in Greece, and also in the USA, UK, Spain, Italy, France, Belgium, Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, Russia, Turkey, India.
Have conducted over 4,000 focus groups., exploring how people feel, think and connect with services and products, going beyond the obvious into hidden motives and attitudes.
Have conducted extensive research in the education sector, working for Educational Institutions like Deree, the American College of Greece, Alba, Anatolia College of Thessaloniki (ACT), and working with Europalso, the Association for Foreign Language Schools.
Have carried out hundreds of projects exploring the success equation for innovative new services & product launches, for clients like the American College, L’Oréal, Nestle, Reckitt Benckiser, Toyota and others.
Have carried out extensive corporate research for companies like S&B, Titan Cement and Neorion Shipyards on company culture and interactions with local communities.
Have used mobile and tablet devices to evaluate the customer experience as it occurs, as well as customer satisfaction, specifically in the retail and tourist sectors.
Have been pioneers in eye tracking research, exploring how the eye of the consumer discovers a service or a package, a print ad, a TV or YouTube commercial, how attention is created and focused on relevant key points.

The Multimedia Authoring & Management using Eyes and Mind (MAMEM) is a project funded by Horizon 2020 of the European Commission and supported by the Universities of Koblenz, Eindhoven and Thessaloniki. Have been carrying out the research on the impact of the use of the MAMEM platform on the social and professional inclusion of people with physical disabilities. Have been carrying out research in coordination with an international team of academics, IT and eye tracking experts, on MAMEM usage among people with Parkinson’ss, NeuroMuscular Disorders and Spinal Cord Injuries.
