HEL.I.E.V mission is to promote electric mobility as a tool to protect the environment in Greece, improve the quality of life of Greek citizens and protect their health and well being, especially in densely populated urban regions.
FullCharger International → 2011 – 2015
Senior Advisor to the C.E.O
FullCharger International founded in 2009, was the first French operator of charging stations for electric vehicles with multi territorial networks. They propose to local communities and private operators complete solutions for electric mobility. FullCharger charge point network is among the largest networks across 23 countries. In my capacity I assessed business opportunities and the optimum business models for the development of EV market in Greece and other Balkan countries (Cyprus, Romania, and Serbia)
A.A.C.S Ltd → 2008-2015
A.A.C.S Ltd is a consultancy company that specializes in providing regulatory and competition advice with emphasis on the Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) industries (Telecommunications, Broadcasting, Internet, etc. The team includes economists, lawyers and engineers, all with long hands-on experience in the sector.
In my capacity I was part of project management team and supervised several projects worth of Euro 600,000.
Our clients, among other, included the Incumbent telecommunications company in Greece, a mobile operator in Cyprus, a mobile operator in Lebanon, a Greek governmental authority, the Greek fixed incumbent and alternative ops.
Greek Regulatory Authority for telecommunications → 1996-2005

The Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) is an Independent Administrative Authority. It acts as the National Regulator that monitors, regulates and supervises: (a) the electronic communications market, within which fixed and mobile telephony, wireless communications and Internet access providers operate and (b) the postal services market, within which postal and courier
service providers operate. Moreover, EETT is entrusted with the competences to act as the Competition Authority in the said markets.
In my capacity I supervised the liberalization of the Greek telecommunications and ran the auction for the 3G licensing of mobile operators which amounted to the sum of Euro 700 million for the Greek coffer.
Penspen Greece → 1991-1996

Penspen Greece was a subsidiary or Penspen Ltd, based in London, which in their turn was the energy arm (oil and gas) of the consultancy firm of Dar-Al Handasah, based also in London.
In my capacity I was the project leader of consultancy projects implemented in Greece and Libya
ASPROFOS Engineering → 1988-1991
Asprofos started off as a joint venture between Hellenic Aspropyrgos Refinery and Foster Wheeler Italiana and since then has been involved in most of the large energy infrastructure projects which has been implementing in Greece by providing a full range of engineering services from the very conceptual design up to commissioning and start up. Asprofos is now belonging to Hellenic Petroleum, a dynamic group holding a leading position in the Greek Energy sector.
In my capacity I was project coordinator for the gas transmission system in Greece
Municipal Gas Company of Athens → 1982-1988
In my capacity I was the project Engineer for the gas distribution grid construction in Athens. I also served the position of Chief Engineer in the Studies Department.
